The Boatworks is a 32-acre waterfront residential community of 160 townhouses located on the Bayonne Peninsula in Bayonne, New Jersey. The townhouses, mostly built across three floors, feature 6 floor plans ranging between 1400 and 2350 sq. ft. of living space, in a tranquil setting of shady trees, manicured lawns, flowering shrubs. and a river walk that runs alongside Newark Bay.

The community sits on the site of the former Electric Launch company (ELCO) which manufactured World War 1 and World War 11 PT boats, including the famous PT 101 the very first motor torpedo boat commanded by John F. Kennedy during World War II.
