48 condos were sold in Jersey City downtown during August this year as compared to 54 homes in July, and 65 in June.
The number of Jersey City downtown condos that sold at list price or above also decreased in August, dropping to 37% of total sales, down from 51.85% in July and 44.6% in June.
In August the average sale price of Jersey City downtown homes was $672,258. In July it was $629,083 compared to $687,405 in June.
